Founder Labrita Cash-Baskett is an accomplished speech language pathologist, specializing in the application of clinical experience in organizational development and communication. She is a highly effective speaker who creates a direct line of sight between desired communication goals and the techniques that get you there, and she can teach you how to do the same. Labrita is able to synthesize multiple data points, quickly assess situations and solutions, and coach and motivate others to produce extraordinary results. Labrita holds an MA in Speech Language Pathology from Hampton University and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, Sarasota.
